- We organized two soup servings, and cooked up delicious soups made with mostly local and organic ingredients!
- We provided the Faculty of Environment Coffee Shop with local, low-spray apples and apple cider for the Winter 2009 term
- We conducted “Greening the ENV Coffeeshop”, a workshop to solicit input from coffeeshop patrons
- We are surveying coffee shop patrons to determine what changes they’d like to see
- In the works: a sustainable business plan for the ENV Coffeeshop!
