Our Initiatives

  • We organized two soup servings, and cooked up delicious soups made with mostly local and organic ingredients!
  • We provided the Faculty of Environment Coffee Shop with local, low-spray apples and apple cider for the Winter 2009 term
  • We conducted “Greening the ENV Coffeeshop”, a workshop to solicit input from coffeeshop patrons
  • We are surveying coffee shop patrons to determine what changes they’d like to see
  • In the works: a sustainable business plan for the ENV Coffeeshop!
