We are a group of students at the University of Waterloo who are working to increase local food options on campus, and support local food systems. One of our mandates is to bring more local, sustainable, and delicious food options into the Faculty of Environment Coffee Shop. We have been meeting and talking about local food issues on campus since the Fall of 2007.
